The two halves need different displays, and we price and schedule them differently as a result.

Ranch homes along the Leavenworth Road and 78th Street corridors sit in between at 130 to 170 feet. Older streets have real tree canopy, so wrapped trees at $150 come up more there than in Piper.

Three things to know about lights in Kansas City.
Piper builds are tall and wind-exposed
The newer subdivisions out west sit on open ground with two-story entry gables. We clip tight on those exposed peaks, and in-season repairs are included if a run needs resetting after a windy stretch.
Older streets here are steeper than they look
Turner and Argentine sit on real hills, and driveways drop away fast. We set ladders from the flattest footing available and use levelers rather than forcing a bad angle on a sloped approach.
